I am from the Ministry of Statistics and Analysis of the Republic of Belarus, at present we are working on a project concerned with family health and education. In this respect I want to ask several questions. The interview will take about 40 minutes. All the information we obtain will remain strictly confidential and your answers will never be identified. I would like to speak with the household head and all mothers or others who take care of children in the household.
