If "no" probe by asking: I mean, to a child who ever breathed or cried or showed other signs of life -- even if he or she lived only a few minutes or hours?

If all children have been weighed and measured, the interviews for this household are now completed. Collect all the questionnaires for this household and record the number of fully completed interviews in the Household Information panel.
Before you leave the household, check that all questionnaires are completed and that you have not left any blanks. Be sure to differentiate between true zero responses and
missing data or "don't know" responses.
