Currently, we are involved in the Nepal Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey, 2075/76 project to know the situation of children, women and household. I would like talk to you on these issues. The interview will take about 40 minutes. Following this, I may ask to conduct additional interviews with you or other individual members of your household. The personal data provided by you in this questionnaire will be kept confidential as per the Statistics Act 2015 and these details will not be shown, given or told to any other persons other than the divisional staff involved in this project.
