Comparability
Some surveys restrict the universe to ever-married women. The question was asked to women with any live births in the last two years, except Sierra Leone 2017 (last 5 years).
The specific skilled workers incorporated into ANCAREOTHSKILL vary across samples and in some cases include multiple response categories.
Comparability — Argentina [top]
In the Argentina 2011 sample, ANCAREOTHSKILL refers specifically to obstetric technician/ professional midwife. In the 2019 sample, ANCAREOTHSKILL includes obstetrician/professional midwife and public sector health agent ( Agente Sanitario ), which were recorded separately on the survey but have been combined in IPUMS MICS data.
