Description

This variable indicates whether the woman was selected for the domestic violence module. In most samples, one woman was selected randomly within each household to participate in the domestic violence module.

Comparability

This variable is found for MICS Round 6 samples. Some samples found in earlier rounds may include variables harmonized in the domestic violence module, but they do not include a comparable variable to DVSELECTED for a selection criteria.
