MOBPHONE_GH reports if the household or someone in the household owns a mobile phone.
This variable is consistently coded across the IPUMS Global Health projects from the project specific variables:

Found on the Household unit of analysis (IPUMS MICS), Household Members unit of analysis (IPUMS DHS) and the Family Planning-Person unit of analysis (IPUMS PMA).
