Description
PNCBOTHUNSKILL reports whether an unskilled health worker not recorded elsewhere (in PNCBTBA, PNCBCHW, or PNCBRELATIVE) checked the baby's health after a woman's most recent delivery.

Comparability
Whether a response category is considered skilled is based on the specific country's interpretation that survey year, based on the groupings on the questionnaire. For some samples, more than one response category is incorporated into PNCBOTHUNSKILL.
For all samples, the most recent birth must have occurred within the last two years.
