This variable indicates if the respondent helped in a family business or farm in the last week.
Comparability
This question was asked of individuals who:
are not currently in school,
who did not report unpaid work activities - such as apprenticeships or internships - in the last 4 weeks(UNPAIDMO),
who did not report any training activities in the last 4 weeks(TRAINMO),
who did not report working for pay in the last week (WORKPAID),
and who did not report doing work for their own business in the last week (WORKBUS).
