Description
DISCNEEDCHECK indicates that a mother or primary caretaker of a child age 5-14 has another child age 0-4 (DISCMOMCHECK) and therefore has already reported her opinion on whether a child needs to be physically punished to be brought up, raised, or educated properly.
This variable should be used in conjunction with DISCNEED.
