Description
PCFREQ1MO reports how frequently the respondent used a computer in the last month. The variable is reported for both men and women.
Comparability
PCFREQ1MO is comparable across samples, except for differences in the age universe of respondents. Most surveys addressed the question only to women and men age 15 to 24, but some asked the question of all respondents.
PCFREQ1MO is available in MICS rounds 4 and 5. Round 6 samples asked about computer usage in the last 3 months (PCFREQ3MO).
Other related variables indicate whether the respondent ever used a computer (PCEVER).
